Agender and Neutrois are both genderless identities under the non-binary umbrella. The main difference between them is whether or not one experiences gender dysphoria.
Agender individuals identify as genderless and can usually live without gender dysphoria while Neutrois individuals experience gender dysphoria as they are not comfortable in their male or female physical bodies. Neutrois people feel the need to make their bodies genderless.

Black and white represents the absence of any gender.
Grey represents semi-genderlessness.
Green stripe represents non-binary genders as it is an invert of purple.
