What is your store return policy?

For damaged or faulty goods

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, no return is required. We will send a replacement to you free of charge. Email us photos of the damaged items & your replacement item will be dispatched within 1 week..

Contact us at proudzebra21@gmail.com as soon as you receive your package with damaged goods, we do not offer replacements for orders more than 1 month ago. 

For any other reason

We do not accept returns for any reasons. We hope for your kind understanding; as a small seller it is difficult for us to allow returns for all reasons.
