What does it mean to be Transgender?
Transgender is an umbrella term for individuals whose gender identity does not match their assigned sex. Although the term is typically used to refer to those with gender identity opposite of their assigned sex (trans men and trans women), it is not limited to them.
As found in many references, transgender may also includes people who are not exclusively masculine or feminine such as non-binary or genderqueer people.
Trans is often used as a shorthand term for transgender!
What is Gender Dysphoria?
Gender Dysphoria is the feeling of distress that occurs to people whose gender identity does not match their assigned sex. Gender dysphoria is more common for transgender and gender non-conforming people as they tend to feel uncomfortable with their bodies.

White represents those who are transitioning or considering their gender.
